Welcome to Yossed. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. What Yossed Is
Yossed is a social music discovery platform where people review, rate, and discuss music. We also build tools for the music industry, including audio analysis and content identification products.
2. Your Account
You need an account to use most features. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Use a real email address. One account per person.
3. What You Can Do
- Write reviews and rate music
- Follow other users and join communities
- Share recommendations and participate in discussions
- Use our tools and products as intended
4. What You Can't Do
- Impersonate other people or create fake accounts
- Post spam, hate speech, or illegal content
- Scrape, crawl, or abuse our systems
- Upload content you don't have rights to share
- Try to break, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Harass other users
5. Your Content
Reviews, comments, and other content you post remain yours. By posting on Yossed, you give us a license to display, distribute, and store that content as part of the platform. You can delete your content at any time.
6. Our Content
The Yossed name, logo, design, and proprietary tools (including Aftertaste and related products) belong to us. Don't copy, redistribute, or rebrand our work without permission.
7. Music Data
Album art, artist info, and track metadata are sourced from third-party APIs (like Spotify). We don't claim ownership of that data, and its use is governed by those providers' terms.
8. Beta Features
Some features are in beta or early access. These may change, break, or be removed without notice. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we build.
9. Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can also delete your account at any time through your settings.
10. Disclaimers
Yossed is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things working, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that every feature will work perfectly all the time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yossed and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Continued use of Yossed after changes means you accept the updated terms.
